Some of our most frequent questions

How long does it take to receive my design?

Normally your design will be ready in 2-3 business day except for the Christmas Holidays.

What are the designs made of?

Most of our designs are made from ceramic tile, magnets, aluminum for the door hangers and windspinners, felt for the air fresheners and rubber for some of the coasters.

Do you send out samples?

We don't send samples but when we get an order we create a mockup and send out to the customer before we actually make the design to get the customer approval

Can you custom make a specific design?

Yes, we have made custom license plates, T-Shirts, Hot/Cold Tumblers, coffee cups and key chains with the pet design. Pricing depends on what we are asked to make

Do you provide free shipping?

Yes, on some of our smaller orders we offer free shipping. On the heavier items we charge for shipping through the Postal Service.
